Inner Heat Yoga's beautiful 3,000 square feet studio overlooks the West River, providing a serene setting and lots of space for sharing this beautiful practice. Ten percent of all donations will be given to the Vermont branch of the Ethiopian Community Development Council (ECDC), a dedicated non-profit organization that focuses on serving refugees in the Vermont community. With offices in Brattleboro and Bennington, ECDC Vermont's mission is to resettle and empower these individuals to become self-sufficient, productive members of their new community. Through a wide range of services such as language instruction, job placement, cultural orientation, and other support services, ECDC Vermont ensures a smooth transition for these newcomers. The organization also works to raise awareness and foster understanding within the community to build a more inclusive and diverse Vermont.

Weaving Sanskrit and Buddhist mantras into a unique blend of modern Western musical styles, Heart Centered Kirtans are meditative and uplifting experiences. .
