Clear your mind and soothe your heart with some live mantra music by Heart Centered Kirtan at Community Yoga & Wellness in Greenfield, MA. Everyone is welcome including beginners and kids of all ages.

Heart Centered Kirtan's modern adaptation of the bhakti tradition weaves Sanskrit and Buddhist mantras into a blend of rock, folk, blues, and reggae for an accessible and inspirational experience. The band is Libby Volckening (keys/vocals), Ezra Landis (guitar), Owen Landis (percussion), and special guest Thomas Matherly (bass).

We offer this kirtan freely, AND your support makes a difference. $20 suggested donation appreciated, not required. More if you can, less if you can't: let your heart guide you to offer whatever is right for you.

*Ten percent of proceeds will be donated to Franklin County Community Meals Program whose vision is to foster an empowered community who work together to address food insecurity, caring for and providing for one another, while building systems and infrastructure to holistically address and end hunger. *Ten percent of proceeds will be donated to End 68 Hours of Hunger, a public not-for-profit effort to confront the approximately 68 hours of hunger that some school children experience between the free lunch they receive at school on Friday afternoon and the free breakfast they receive at school on Monday morning. This volunteer-based weekend program, established in New Hampshire in 2011, puts nourishing food in the hands of school children to carry them through the weekend. As always, ten percent of merchandise sales will be sent to Northern Hope Center, a residential substance abuse recovery program in Greenfield, Massachusetts. Heart Centered Kirtan's founder Jeff Martell was active in the local recovery community, and in his memory, they have donated over $600 to this program to date.

Sacred Roots' beautiful 1,800 square feet studio with 14 foot ceilings has lots of plants, healing crystals, sparkly lights and space for safely sharing this beautiful practice.
