Come clear your mind and soothe your heart. We are excited to return for our third Heart Centered Kirtan at Inner Heat Yoga in Brattleboro, VT! Join us for a co-created evening of inspiration and devotion. Everyone is welcome including kids of all ages.
.
In recognition of the approaching Winter Solstice, the focus of the evening will be the interplay of Dark & Light. Your mantra music guides will be: Libby Volckening (keys/vox), Ezra Landis (guitar), Thomas Matherly (bass), and Owen Landis (percussion).
.
Since 2013, Heart Centered Kirtan has been offering kirtan throughout New England with their original call-and-response devotional music. Weaving Sanskrit and Buddhist mantras into a unique blend of modern Western musical styles, Heart Centered Kirtans are meditative and uplifting experiences.
.
Inner Heat Yoga's beautiful 3,000 square feet studio overlooks the West River, providing a serene setting and lots of space for sharing this beautiful practice.
.
We offer this kirtan freely, AND your support makes a difference.
.
$20 suggested donation appreciated, not required. More if you can, less if you can't: let your heart guide you to offer whatever is right for you.
.
Donations will be accepted at the door (cash/check/PayPal/Venmo) and online via Heart Centered Kirtan's website:

.
Ten percent of all donations will be given to the Vermont branch of the Ethiopian Community Development Council (ECDC), a dedicated non-profit organization that focuses on serving refugees in the Vermont community. With offices in Brattleboro and Bennington, ECDC Vermont's mission is to resettle and empower these individuals to become self-sufficient, productive members of their new community. Through a wide range of services such as language instruction, job placement, cultural orientation, and other support services, ECDC Vermont ensures a smooth transition for these newcomers. The organization also works to raise awareness and foster understanding within the community to build a more inclusive and diverse Vermont.
